Our East Bay vacation rentals is close to many shops, restaurants and amenities. Whether your business takes you to the South Bay or the North Bay, our home is centrally located and has easy access to major freeways and public transport to nearby cities, businesses and attractions.

We are located in Union City, CA, between the cities of San Jose and San Francisco. Union City has the best weather in the San Francisco Bay Area – not too hot, not too cold. 

Our beautiful, spacious East Bay vacation rentals has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. The house is on a large corner lot with a relaxing backyard, which has a private swimming pool, hot tub, and gazebo with gas-powered fire pit.

Inside this vacation home, you will find California King bed in a huge master suite, two Queen-size beds in rooms 2 and 3 (one downstairs), and a fourth bedroom with two twin-size beds upstairs. Also available are a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and a folding, twin bed inside the closet, in case you need them. The house has a total of seven beds and can accommodate up to 10 guests. If you have slightly larger groups, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your needs.
