Our vacation rentals San Francisco Bay Area home has one of the most competitive rates in the area. We pride ourselves on not only providing a beautiful and luxurious home but also reasonable prices in this very expensive part of the world.
Our rates depend on the season of the year and the number of guests staying in the house. Standard rates apply for guests up to six people. We charge extra for groups above six people, as is common with most vacation homes in the area.
The maximum occupancy limit for this home is set to 10. If you have a bit larger group, please contact us.
All reservations are subject to our lease terms and conditions. Rates include taxes. For availability and other details, please contact us.
Nightly Rates:
Nightly rate: Rates start from $325, depending on the season and days of the week. Summer rates are more expensive. Please our calendar for availability and current rates.
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $245
Extra guest charge: Guests after 6 pay $45 per extra guest per night
Refundable damage/security deposit: $500 (this will be refunded in full after check out, provided there is no damage, which is the case in pretty much all bookings so far.)
Minimum stay required: Seven days
5% OFF for stays 7 days and longer. 10% OFF for stays 30 days and longer.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
House Rules:
- No Smoking inside the house
- No parties or other noisy events in the house or premises
- Special events allowed case by case, with extra charges
- Overnight stay restricted to registered guests only
- Backyard activities, such as pool, hot tub, and fire pit, are restricted after 10 pm (neighbors need to sleep).
- You may park vehicles on the driveway to the garage or side street. Plenty of space there. The garage is used to store supplies and is not available for use.
- Check-out time is 11 am or earlier. Check-in time is 3 pm or later.
- We receive all our guests in person to show them the house and where things are and to answer any questions. Because this house is big with several facilities, we require most guests to be present during check-in for the walk-through. If you are expecting just a key in a box, this house is probably not for you, sorry.
- If you have special needs, please let us know before booking to make sure that we can accommodate you.
- After check-in, we are available on call, email, or text to answer any questions you may have, even after hours.
Payment Terms:
Due upon booking: 50%
Due 30 days before check-in: 50%

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled 60 days before check-in time
50% refund if canceled 30 days before check-in time
The cleaning fee and security deposit are fully refundable
