“My wife and I were planning a trip to the bay area for our anniversary and decided to invite some friends to join us. Our party ended up being 8 people large, and we wanted something that was nice and affordable that would accomodate all of us. When searching for places to stay, I came across Rahel’s beautiful house, and immediately reached out to her to see if it was available. Being the wonderful host she is, she responded within a few hours. Being the person in charge of planning this whole trip, I was in constant contact with Rahel to make sure everything would be smooth sailing once we arrived. Rahel was courteous and accommodating throughout the entire process! Being from Hawai`i, I truly appreciate when others exhibit the “aloha” spirit, and Rahel definitely exuded this throughout. She accommodated us when we arrived late friday evening. The pictures she has up are 100% legit, and the house was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Rahel even provided us with a stocked fridge of bottled water, and gave us a welcome basket filled with lots of treats! Our vacation was jam packed with things to do, and the house was a very welcome and relaxing place to return to after a long day of activities. The house itself was located in a very nice neighborhood and was close to the BART station so traveling into the city of San Fransisco was a piece of cake. If you have a large group that you are traveling with, and are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and beautiful place to stay, I highly recommend you check out Rahel’s place, you will not be disappointed. The next time we are in the Bay area and we need a place for a bunch of people, Rahel and her beautiful vacation rentals near San Francisco will be the first place I turn to!”

“My party of 7 stayed for a week at this wonderful house. Everything was indeed pristine upon arrival, and we were met and shown around by the gracious owners, who were kind enough to provide a “welcome basket” of goodies for us.
First, the location is on a corner, very conveniently just enough away from the bustle of shopping malls nearby to provide a nice, quiet stay. The neighbors are really nice, and the atmosphere is old-time suburbian U.S.A. in the best sense.
The rooms are spacious and well-cared for, and the photos do not do justice to just how nice they are. Someone in an earlier review mentioned this house as being “pricey”, but that is just not fair. For 4 rooms and 3 baths and all this spaciousness, plus a pool and hot tub, not to mention the ideal location: this is as fine a deal that anyone can find on VRBO!
The BART is very close by, and there is bus service to the station from just around the corner. The traffic is heavy in rush hour on the freeways, so one can easily park at the BART for a nominal fee and avoid all the hassles of a day in the City simply by taking the BART. Still, the traffic is not that bad other than the morning and evening commute jams.
One thing: as with most vacation homes, there are no phones on the premise, so some form of communicating device is essential. We were doing fine until one member had his SmartPhone stolen in Japantown, and that was the only one that was truly capable of calling from anywhere, so we were in tough straits until we got back to the house where we were able to take advantage of the excellent Wi-Fi system that let our other devices work fine.
In all, top recommendation!.”

“My first mention must be about Rahel. Rachel is the nicest person I have dealt with in some time. While be a professional, she manages to project warmth and an extremely welcoming demeanor. She is a solid gold person and welcomed us with open arms. She met everyone in our family last week and was a charmer to the kids. I know this has little to do with the home but first impressions are significant. We were welcomed, accommodated, assisted and made to feel like the home was our own. Rahel is the landlord from heaven.
The home is pretty much as it appears in the photos. It is beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. The inside is impeccable and the outside well-maintained. Our family from several states were all so impressed!
The house location is pretty convenient as well. There is anything you need within minutes. We traveled all over the region from San Francisco to San Jose to Santa Cruz, Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton. The house was geographically convenient. The BART station is close and BART takes you to Downtown SF for $12.
Our was a perfect stay. Look at the other choices out there and you will see that this home is a great option. I am more than satisfied with our choice and would come back without a second thought.”
